Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email with a booking reference. The vehicle group is guaranteed, not a specific make or model.

Prices include VAT and the cover described on the Insurance page. Extras, one-way fees and out-of-hours fees are shown before you confirm.

Driver requirements

The minimum age and years of licence depend on the vehicle group and are shown on each vehicle. Younger and senior drivers may pay a surcharge.

Only drivers named on the contract may drive. Additional drivers must show their documents at pickup or add them at online check-in.

Documents at pickup

Each driver must show a valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. Licences issued outside the EU may need an International Driving Permit.

Scooters above 50cc require a licence for category A1 or higher, or a car licence that allows it under Greek law.

Payment and deposit

You can pay online by card through Stripe, Viva or Revolut, or in cash at the desk. Any balance is due at pickup.

A deposit is held on a credit card in the main driver’s name, as described on the Insurance page.

Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel free of charge up to [HOURS] hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged [AMOUNT].

Because a rental is for specific dates, the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply.

Fuel policy

Same to same: you receive the car with a certain fuel level and return it with the same level. Missing fuel is charged at the pump price plus a refuelling fee.

Mileage

Unlimited kilometres on Corfu unless stated otherwise on the vehicle.

Late return

We allow a short grace period. After that each started hour is charged, and after [HOURS] hours a full extra day is charged.

Use of the vehicle

The vehicle may not be taken on a ferry, to another island or abroad without our written permission. Driving off road, on beaches or unpaved tracks is not allowed.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle unless agreed in advance.

Accidents and breakdowns

Call us straight away. For accidents involving another vehicle a police report or accident report is required for the cover to apply.

Do not arrange repairs yourself without our approval.

Fines and tolls

Traffic and parking fines during the rental are the driver’s responsibility. We may pass the driver’s details to the authorities.

Contract and digital signature

The rental contract is created digitally and signed on your phone or tablet at pickup. Every rental is reported to the Greek tax authority (AADE Digital Customer Registry) as the law requires, and the contract carries its registration number.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute falls under the courts of Corfu.
